We have one similar to the boat by Isherwood.

"From the smashing members and staff of the WR forum, Always glad to help others"

You could help others better by letting others access it!
All you can see is intercourse

Just a thought. Why don't you make it like this site and Wigan Peers which is open to everyone?

That way you may be able to attract new members

New members are trying all the time to get in because we are the premier forum of Wigan and, some get in, most don't because we don't want any ' nasty' members, WW has many members that, only post negative posts, We want positive, interesting and varied posters, not news quotes or "someones just parked on yellow lines and I can't cash my giro" and moaning posts, Its a Gents club and, we do allow ladies in too,

if you wanna join us

Tomplum,
You owe it to the current members to carry out checks on potential members. The dialogue is interesting and we can speak our mind without dummies being spat out all the time. Keep up the good work.

sonlyme, I never said this site is boring, Its not boring its a good site with lots of interesting and informative threads BUT, there are some who just post to wind folks up, belittle others and attack others for no reason,
With better control this site could easily become the Premier forum and we would become the former premier forum,

Agree with the first part.

As far as I'm concerned it's Wigans premium site, was better before but now there's "some people" trying to drag it down by attacking people and being nasty to them.

The above statement of yours doesn't make sense, Tom

How do you know if someone is going to be nasty or nice before you let them in

Good job i don't spit mine every time you try and have a pop and if anyone has spit there dummies out it's whoever made it private

Plus if your on here and you stand up for yourself you wont get on, they just want "yes sir, no sir"people on there

salmon and Ball, Its a bit like going to to a top class club like, the playboy club in London, The doormen can tell from 200 yards away whether you are suitable or not, I think in your case you would get a temporary member card as you seem a decent chap, well dressed, with a fat wallet and well mannered but can't say for sure as I'm in the board room and we have a man on the door who's more qualified than me to judge, If you get in pop into the boardroom and I'll get you a drink

Basil brush,
Cannot answer a simple question. Mr. Spineless. For the benefit of those not in the know please answer. Have you been banned from here numerous times in the past? Stop the banal “ some people” shite and answer the question.

Ok, Tom.
I have always had you down as a better than a decent chap

I love all of your bike, garden, beer shed videos. And always watch them when posted on here Long may you continue posting them

But I think you are talking silly regarding membership to your message board

Can you explain what criteria you have to meet before joining? How do you know say for instance my cousin in Billericay wants to join?
How do you know if she's a bad un or good un

Ok, I'll shoot from the hip,
Every forum is about the members, not the owner, we want our members to interact and contribute, non posters will get a warning, then deleted if they don't contribute or contribute spam, they are deleted, debates and opinions are welcomed whole heatedly, bickering is not welcome,
So tell your cousin to apply and if he/she likes it, fine,

You have still not answered my question. So i'll leave it at that regarding membership.

On a parting note. Would you buy a house, car, caravan, boat etc without having a look at it first?

defo no, If I did not make it clear, let me try again,

If your cousin wants to join, and anyone else for that matter, apply and she/he will be allowed in, if the IP address is genuine, and we know there are ways to hide it, but thats ok, it will show up eventual,

he or she will have to post or answer to others post on a regular basis, if alls well after a trail period OK,

jo anne, you did, at the time you mentioned when we got in some trouble, there was an announcement," non posters please interact, whats the point of sitting on the server and not interacting" or similar, We was flushing out the mole and you unfortunately got tangled in the net, I regret that because you are a good poster and a good person, but we had an enemy in the camp, it turned out to be someone else who was not posting as well,
So I hope you will forgive me for that,

Ok, Tom.

" non posters will get a warning, then deleted if they don't contribute"

So you can get slung off even if you don't cause trouble

Do you realise this is the 21st Century?
I think you have made it quite clear now.

I'll continue to watch your videos.
Thanks, Tom

jo anne, you did, there was an announcement," non posters please interact, what’s the point of sitting on the server and not interacting" or similar,

I had seen the few threads of that ilk, Tom, but you yourself as a moderator posted in one you didn’t think there was any harm in members just reading threads or similar, so I didn’t take it as a warning, just a moan.

My selected status of being ”hidden” was also changed without warning a few weeks before my account was deleted, when others members were allowed to remain hidden. It seems ironic all members have ‘chosen’ to be hidden when they’re logged in now.

strange happenings indeed jo anne brought about from an attack from a member who was on a mission to close us down, At that time we did not know who, It came apparent when he accused me of reading his PM's, we cannot read a members PM's they are private , but that gave him away,
again, I'm very sorry you were wrongly deleted,
