Loved the story last night with Gemma and Chesney being told they were expecting quads! can't wait to see how this pans out, and better that the ongoing factory roof story or Carla's paranoia

A bit shocked by the story line though! I have worked in obstetric and neonatal units most of my working life and have not heard of selective abortion with quads. Yes they are likely to deliver early but with good obstetric management and neonatal planning all should be well.

By gum that lass can tuck it away , I know she's got a big gob but flippin eck . To cut costs they should be using proper nappies not disposable ones , and saving the planet at the same time........................I know "It's not real"
