The ONLY way to deal with trolls is to IGNORE them completely regardless of the temptation to reply, whether or not the troll is goading one to reply in kind. To reply simply gives more oxygen to their fire and eventually turns the respondent into a troll themselves.

Hello Anne. I totally agree with you but when it's constant from the day you join a site it's hard to ignore. What I don't understand is why the moderators don't remove the known offenders.
