Yodel
Yodel left a parcel on my doorstep.
Address on the label does correctly identify my house,
BUT......
1 Wrong Postcode
2 Is addressed to a flat which does not exist.
3 Is addressed to a person not known at this address.
I attempted to telephone Yodel, but hung up when the pre-recorded message informed me that I was on a premium-charging line. I don't mind paying for the phone call, but on principle, will not feed their revenue generating premium rate line, just to inform them of their misdelivery.
Searched online, but found no email address, and half a dozen seeming routes to contact them online all leading back to the same telephone number.
Also online, a couple of warnings NOT to telephone them, or it will cost you a packet!
Could write to their HQ, though that involves work and cost!
Message in a bottle, maybe?

How about getting in touch with the company who have sent the parcel

Yes, I tried that, but there does not seem to be anyone there who speaks English.

Thanks, mindar.
Wonder how come that page did not come up in my search?
What term did you search for?
Will try their freephone number tomorrow.
Not greatly concerned about Yodel, but somewhere there is a lass awaiting a delivery, which tracking will be telling her was left on doorstep!

Ah! Don't do Twitter or FB. Too Orwellian for me.

She has just called round to collect her parcel.
She wrote down her address incorrectly!
Weird?

We have a "blind" postman in our street in Hindley Green occasionally. He's not our regular postman but when he's on he gets all the numbers in our street wrong. The regular postman says they have told him he needs specs but due to vanity he will only wear them in the sorting office. SO IF YOU READ THIS WAYNE GET YOUR GLASSES ON WHEN YOU ARE DELIVERING
