Are the Radio stations that I get on Freeview TV the SAME broadcasts that DAB radio receives?

I would imagine that ALL the radio on Freeview, is the same as is broadcast on DAB

I don't understand why I need a good outdoor roof areal for Freeview, but indoor dipole or telescopic suffices for DAB, if they are the same signal, and if they are not, why two lots of digital radio are being broadcast.

No, they're not the same signal, DAB is broadcast nationally in the range 218 - 222MHz approximately. Different frequencies for Freeview.

Just out of interest and not quite the same - I have Sky TV and cannot receive BBC 3 Counties radio, but I can on DAB, so are the rules similar here to that already explained?
