Assaults

Started by: priscus (inactive)

17,000 against health care staff.
26,000 against Police
etc
etc

This year, TV News, just.

Teachers, Prison Staff, Fire fighters etc reporting similar!

We have areas that bus drivers will not drive through!
We have area where Fire Fighting Appliances are routinely stoned and/or damaged if they attend!

My only personal experience was in NHS, where I saw very few in 1970's and 1980's. Seems that from the Nineties onwards, these have become increasingly commonplace.

Why, do you think people have become motivated to commit acts of violence against the helping professions?
