Disabled parking bays on highways ?.

What's the criteria for them when some have driveways for 3 cars plus ?,.

If there is off road parking normally the council will not install a bay on the road

Plus it won't make much difference as you'll still get lazy folk parking there, they don't seem to care about the people it's been put there for

We have a carsales place here in Bryn, its on the junction of sougherslane & Downallgreen Rd, He has no room left on his plot so he parks a few caars on Downallgreen Rd + a few on Meadowcroft + he parks a Pickup car truck on Meadowcroft, Now this is on a bus route & acontractor who has been parking there for over 30+ years is getting hassle & he aint the problem, its the carsales who are to fault, the bus drivers are having a Paddy Fit,The greedy sod has too many cars.
