Interesting item here but I'd be more concerned about subsidence. I wouldn't dream about buying a house on that land.

It only needs ONE fibre to cause mortal illness, but of course the developers know how to make it all safe. And good old WMBC say there are planning regulations in place that must be adhered to. Yeah right.

when 9/11 happened lots of people died from that. I remember when they took it out of stores in Massena.
