Someones Driveway?

Every piece of spare land is now Pay for Parking. At one time there were odd pieces of land where you could park all day. It must have belonged to someone but no one appeared to bother' NOW that it's a money making racket those places have long gone.

I've heard fireplace say you can park free in the bus stop opposite the NW railway station and no one bothers you, You'll need a bloooo star taxi sticker on your car though
