flightradar

Just been having a nosey on flightradar over the Carribean and there is a flight of some kind perusing the islands at 62,000 ft at only 4 Knotts - what on earth would/could fly so high at such a low speed? I'm very curious

Blimey, didn't think they could go so high. It has covered some mileage on its erratic route

There are four of them at the moment. If they are balloons when I guess they are controlled automatic as it would be too cold for human and wouldn't oxygen be required?

Don't do links but it is a trial to bring internet links to everywhere by using balloons fitted with satellite link equipment.
