Has Wigan Today mistakenly shown the earlier plan with a water feature which was scrapped?

It will make an interesting change, but to me the redevelopment of that area isn't a priority and so doesn't merit that kind of money.

Been told today that all the shops in the top part of The Galleries are mooving downstairs and then the top part is going to be 'mothballed' (closed)
