Hello SPUD1: I am glad you did not ring that number.
It may have been ok but i rang one very similar ,and oh they were good they offered to look into your computer but once in they come up with an outragious excuse to bill you .
I not saying it is them but be safe. I think they called them selves ( TECH GUYS ) SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

I WILL tell you what iv'e done and that is contact MICROSOFT THEMSELVES AND FOR AN ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION OF 75 YOUR COMPUTER ALL MICRO-SOFT PROGRAMMES THE LOT IS COVERED ,and the best thing they do NOT contact you .
YOU CONTACT THEM . WORTH an enquiry, Hope things work out!

Thanks Priscus and Golden Bear,I will get everything checked out,I got a bug in a few years ago,and that was after I had clicked on a box saying a problem had been blocked, and click "here" to find out what it was,it took days to get it cleared.

Malwarebytes, and Superantispyware are tools that I normally use to clean a machine with malware on. If they fail to rid of the problem, then will Google to see what specific cleanser is recommended for the sticking malware.
