This is the problem when you have a Tory council, everything is up for sale to enable the council to avoid any running/ maintenance costs, leave that up to the private sector who are welcome to make as much profit as they can ignoring services for the ratepayers.

Incorrect nyce horse.

5000 from the Council Billy Rotherham.

52,000 from Wigan Council

63,000 from the football foundation.

So why has work stopped?

The Brighter Borough initiative provides a fund for councillors to propose and support schemes that improve the environment and benefit the community within their Wards. Winstanley Warriors have applied and successfully received a total of 5,410.95 via the Brighter Borough scheme.
In addition, when planning permission is granted for new housing, a legal agreement is made (a section 106 agreement) for a financial contribution to be paid by the applicant to support the provision of new or improved play space and open space. Play space contributions can be spent on both formal and informal play as well as sport provision
Winstanley Warriors received 50,429.50 of Section 106 funds, to allow them to access match funding for significant pitch improvements. This funding enabled the club to access 65,000 from Sports England.

From FOI Act Wigan Council.

So why has work stopped?

can not be lack of money

Posted by: Tommy Two Stroke (1022) Report abuse
It doesn't just look like work as stopped, it looks like it was abandoned in a huffy ...

Posted by: fireplace6899 (10232)  Report abuse
Not sure about that baker boy.

His ward is Worsley Mesnes.

TTS might help on that one.

Nyce horse has not been back.

I wonder why?

Posted by: Tommy Two Stroke (1022) Report abuse
Yes, Winstanley Warriors are in Cllr Rotherham's Ward ...

Posted by: fireplace6899 (10232)  Report abuse
How come, Winstanley is not in Worsley Menes?

Posted by: nyce horse (3033) Report abuse
Are Winstanley Warriors not a private organisation?

Posted by: roylew (1294) Report abuse
Who are winstanley warriors...are they in the Liverpool zingari league

Posted by: nyce horse (3033) Report abuse

Are letting the aggregate settle...I don't know how long it's been down

Posted by: Tommy Two Stroke (1022) Report abuse
Oh I see,,,, well if the 'aggregate' needs to settle, then the 'aggregate' needs to settle

Posted by: fireplace6899 (10232)  Report abuse
I wonder how long the mound of aggregate will take to settle?

It is only 15 feet high.

Will the teams play round it?

Posted by: fireplace6899 (10232)  Report abuse
Has it not settled yet?
