Why has the Tommy Robinson thread been taken off

Posted by: Tommy Two Stroke (3717) Report abuse
Bossy aren't yoo

Posted by: ashtonman01 (134) Report abuse
Because people aren't allowed an opinion anymore and the internet is becoming increasingly censored where alternative opinions are deemed an "hate crime" (look what happened to Alex Jones (no not the TV presenter), he's been banned from youtube and all social media. Thought Crime will be next. BTW, I'm not a Tommy Robinson supporter, he's just part of the controlled opposition in my view.

Ashtonman, everything is censored, MSM and Social media. It's all propaganda. You just have to make up your own mind, and not let someone else's agenda lead you to where they want you to be.

Wizzerwin, I think TTS was just proving the point? And your censoring him. He's entitled to his opinion. Whatever it is!!

Jazzy what point was TTS making? and Iím just asking a question, if TTS knew the answer then say, if not why come out with stupid remarks.

Well he made that speech in November 2014

Once a Muslim group is identified as being extreme in nature and supports terrorism, the Government bans that organisation.

The Muslim grooming gangs have and are being prosecuted for it.

Have mistakes been made by the Government and Police in the past?

YES

They should have acted sooner, when they knew that these things were being carried out by Muslims.

So what more can be done by the authorities now ?

You tell me

Posted by: wizzerwin (1550) Report abuse
The government can start to put things right by stop pandering to the people who are making their own laws I.e. sharia law, our government make the laws of our country and we abide by them, well some of us do.
My step son went in a suburb of London ten years ago and when he came home he told me that there were no go areas for whites and the police didnít go in some areas after dark. I didnít believe him until Iíve witnessed the hatred from some of the Asian people.
What I donít understand is why the establishment and the media ban Robinson instead of debating about the problems.

Posted by: baker boy (14745) Report abuse
tut tut its a skin colour issue,ie fear of being denounced as RACIST.WHEN YOU CANNOT DISCUSS SUCH ISSUES FREELY DEMOCRACY IS DEAD.

Posted by: wizzerwin (1550) Report abuse
baker boy I think you only come on this site to annoy people so You wonít annoy me Iíve blocked you.

Posted by: Tommy Two Stroke (3717) Report abuse
Well it is the job of the police to keep law and order and to uphold people's rights and liberties, the pressure should be put on the police to do these things by the Government, not by extreme groups, in the video Stacy Dooley was going mental about what those Muslims were chanting and that is the way to do it, publicise it, get it out there, so people that people can see what they are doing wrong.

Posted by: wizzerwin (1550) Report abuse
Tommy the police are told what to do by someone in a higher position, If I was a policeman Iíd do the same, would you lose your pension for disobeying a command, not me

Posted by: Tommy Two Stroke (3717) Report abuse
Yes,, so ????

That is what I said, the police need to be told by the Government to enforce the laws and not turn a blind eye ....

Posted by: wizzerwin (1550) Report abuse
Is it the government thatís banning Tommy from the platforms?

Posted by: priscus (7428) Report abuse

Iíve just looked at bazís link but isnít it funny that the media happened to be right behind him and you donít know what was said to provoke that incident. So come on Terry where are you getting your information?

Posted by: TerryW (2168) Report abuse
I've read his convictions and seen his videos. I don't think it was any media that filmed that it was very poor quality so it's probably done on a phone by another football fan. You don't know the man either but you are taking his Youtube videos as gospel, it's his ilk that he gets most of his support from, football thugs and extreme right wingers, not all but most. I understand the problems he is active against but I don't want a thug representing me and here he is again doing what he's always done being a thug.

Posted by: wizzerwin (1550) Report abuse
Terry did you see the Piers Morgan clip on ITV, the media thought by getting Robinson on and locking horns with Morgan would make Robinson look like a racist, how wrong were they, Robinson destroyed Morgan.
You say I donít know him, thatís true but I took the time to go to his rallies and saw for myself how he is treated.
Ask yourself why wasnít that man arrested who threw the milkshake over Robinson, and was escorted to the railway station but the others who threw milkshakes at politicians was?

Posted by: chatty (6865)  Report abuse
That's a different argument, if 'nothing was done' it needs looking into.
What we don't need is would be politicians taking the law into their own hands and kicking off seemingly everytime they are out and about!

Posted by: wizzerwin (1550) Report abuse
Chatty I agree with you but who would do the looking? The government hate him for telling the truth, the media only publicise the bad things because they are told to and the police and the justice department only do what they told by a higher level.
Ask yourself one question, T.R. Stood for the european elections he only got bad publicity, WHY. I went to three of the rallies and the only trouble cam from some of the Muslim community but it was portrayed in the press as T.Rs thugs.

SYL was initially charged with contempt of court.
In this case it meant that his actions and words jeopardised a trial.
He was found guilt and sentenced.

He appealed, was found guilty, again, and duly sentenced.

I later emerged that that SYL's actions very nearly jeopardised the case:

"Today, thanks to that hearing, we know Robinson nearly derailed the Leeds trial after judges at the Old Bailey revealed what happened next. There were attempts by the grooming gang defendants to have the trial stopped on the basis that a jury could no longer reach a fair verdict. One of the men even managed to get a hearing at the Court of Appeal that could have led to him being freed."

This from the link provided by stacker lee.

SYL's actions could have led to some of this grooming gang to be freed.
This why we have laws concerning contempt of court and not mob violence determining the outcome of trials.

Posted by: TerryW (2168) Report abuse
Don't you think that sounds a bit silly Wizzer telling me to forget about politics when you're on about Robinson canvassing for Euro MP? More likely he was off his head on cocaine than drunk. I wonder if his children are proud of him being a thug and coke head?

He was found guilt and sentenced.

That's why I qualified my post with 'anyone familiar with the case'.

Actually he appealed the contempt finding which was quashed by the court of appeal because "the correct legal procedure hadn't been followed"

Lady Justice Sharp then ruled that fresh proceedings could be brought against him and when they were, a charge of 'unlawful physical aggression' was added, and for anyone who saw the recording (since removed off You Tube) of his approach to the convicted pedophiles on the day, it raise's the question of a stitch up.

Posted by: wigandiver (104) Report abuse
"Anyone familiar with the case" knows that he was found guilty of contempt of court twice.

"for anyone who saw the recording (since removed off You Tube) of his approach to the convicted pedophiles on the day, it raise's the question of a stitch up."

Red herring. No stitch up: guilty.

SYL is a thug, a racist and a bigot, but boy can he whinge.

Posted by: chatty (6865)  Report abuse
As already stated not the guys biggest fan, but that doesn't alter the facts of both cases, which you are obviously unable to comprehend.

Posted by: wigandiver (104) Report abuse
What facts ? Explain; but no conspiracy theories please.

I'm more than capable of comprehension.

Don't try to portray SYL as a martyr. It won't wash with me.

Posted by: TerryW (2168) Report abuse
Wizzer, I'm just pointing out that we are in deep sh1t with our so called leaders now and adding this fool Robinson who is a known p1ss head and coke user is not helping our country by trying to put him up as a Euro MP or anything else he wants. He's nothing more than a throwback football hooligan who is using hate as a means to get noticed, his kind of hatred not very long ago cost millions of lives and the touch paper has already been lit once again by fools from the other side who hate just like he does.

Posted by: chatty (6865)  Report abuse
What facts? Explain;

I have already explained, your post that he appealled and it was dismissed was factually wrong.
And I also pointed out at the retrial, charges were added that did not match the footage that was available until recently.
Footage you have obviously seen because you're 'familiar' with the case?

Posted by: wigandiver (104) Report abuse
"your post that he appealled and it was dismissed was factually wrong"
Please get it right. I never wrote that. At his second trial, he was again found guilty.

His appeal was NOT dismissed. It was allowed, but due to the sentence imposed NOT the charges, or the verdict.
That is why there was a second trial.

Charged, tried, found guilty, appealed, re-tried, found guilty and whinged.

YSL could also have been guilty of enabling groomers and sex offenders to walk free, due to his racist, bigotted and thuggish behaviour.

How on earth do you know what I have seen.
I have not seen any "footage".

Posted by: chatty (6865)  Report abuse
On his first appeal the verdict was quashed. The judgement did not stand because 'the correct legal procedure hadn't been followed' it had nothing to do with the 'sentence'?

I already know you haven't seen the 'footage' your;
Red herring. No stitch up: guilty.

Sadly wherever you go in the world if you upset " the establishment" rightly or wrongly, they have it in for you. Posted by: wigandiver (104) Report abuse
"Wigandiver tell me this do you think he should have been put in Belmarsh a category one prison even if he was guilty?"

Belmarsh is the default place prisoners are taken to from the Old Bailey before often being transferred to another prison to serve their sentence. A legal source said that convicts serving less than six months often serve their time in Belmarsh rather than being moved to save on the administration.

I have read about this saga for months now and I have now come to some concloosions .....

1, I don't need Tommy Robinson to represent my views about the Muslim grooming gangs, I am capable of hating them on my own and I do hate them.

2. However, I don't hate of blame other Muslims who are decent people, I don't tar all Muslims with the same brush.

3. I have grave concerns about how the massive numbers of immigrants who have entered this country in recent years, has impacted the infrastructure and culture of this country, but I don't blame the people who have come here, I blame the system which has allowed them to come here.

4. I blame the EU and Liberal minded British Politicians for 'rigging' the system to allow unfettered immigration into this country, in that the more EU immigrants there are in this country, the easier it is for the EU to impose their will upon us and the seemingly impossible task of us actually leaving the EU is a demonstration of the power the EU has over us, and that in itself is a reason to leave the infernal EU organisation.

In the year to September 2018 net migration to the UK was 283,000. Lots of figures available on Google. It should be stressed that these are official figures. There seems to be illegals arriving almost daily.

The figures given are for 'NET' immigration, which incloodes people who have left.

i.e. for example if in any given time period, lets say 3 million immigrants entered this country and 1 million people left this country, then the 'NET' immigration into this country would be 2 million and the figures which folk talk about are the 'NET' immigration figures.

UK Population Increase

From that information in the ten years between 1975 and 1985 the population increased by 328,000

Between 2005 and 2015 after Tony opened the door to everyone in 2004, the population rise was 4,697,000

From a three hundred and twenty eight thousand increase in between 1975 and 1985 to a four million six hundred and ninety seven thousand increase, in between 2005 and 2015

immigration and pensions
If you earn the national average wage in the UK even if you have worked all your life from the age of 18 to pension age you will never have paid enough money into the national insurance to earn a full pension - 163 pounds a week - it is mathematically impossible. Because of this and the fact that people are living for much longer you need an average of 83 people in employment to pay 1 pensioner's costs. That is why you need immigration - that is a principal reason you need it - so you may not like immigrants but they are necessary - its simple mathematics.

whupsy

I don't believe they want to get rid of the NHS but the Tory's have tried to make it cost less money, to be more efficient and I think they have failed, they have made the problems it has worse.

But I will say again and that is that there are too many people in this country now, for the same infrastructure we have always had, since the NHS was created ...

I can't understand why yoo like the EU so much whupsy

rubbish again 1stroke , the torys have tried to get rid of the NHS since it,s inception in 1948 . why would you put jeremy hunt in charge of it when he,s wrote a book & put in a white paper on how to privatise the NHS ? . you may not care about people but i do & if & when we come out of the EU it will definitely cost jobs even tho car companies say it wont . just look at nissan & vauxall are waiting to see what happens with the deal & if it,s a no-deal they are ready to up sticks & leave .

Why are so many Northern areas in favour of leaving the EU I wonder?

Posted by: whups (3773)   Report abuse
i wonder if it,s because it,s an immigration issue . you only need look at 1stroke,s posts ? .

From afar I would say that was definitely what it was about. None of us understand import tariffs etc. they voted because of unfettered immigration.

Paddy Whups,
Do you know that 70% of your posts are between twelve and half past? What part of Ireland did your ancestors do a runner from?
