After reading some threads concerning the demise of the Wigan Market Place and Re-Development is it true it has been shelved by one puppet (burnham) ? And if it is true again i ask what about all those business's that have moved on/out????? Does this mean that this proud town of ours is going to be in a permanent state of emptiness or dereliction???
