A clean Manning one liner

went to see that Pavarotti last week and he was a right miserable git. He doesn't like it when you join in.

Just met a dog that only responds to commands in Spanish.

He's an Espanyol.

33 years since Tommy Cooper died. But the memory of him wearing a Fez lives on. Even in far flung places such as Morocco!

I remember it like it was yesterday. I was just in the process of going picking up my husband in the car and the programme was on tele and as he collapsed the curtains closed and the screen went black. It came on later that he had died. I only had to look at him and I'd laugh. RIP Tommy.

A Greek playwright walks into a tailors

'Euripides?' says the tailor

'Yes' replies the playwright 'Eumenides?'

Give over, Tonker, it had me in stitches for one - we can all guess from the context.

My uncle was really into astrology

His star sign was Taurus; so it was ironic how he died really...

He was attacked by a giant Scorpion !!
