Mesnes Park
My son is going to a wedding in June and he tells me it's in Mesnes Park, is there a Wedding Chapel there?

I think the lodge at the entrance to the park can be used for weddings

From www.wigan.gov.uk:
Mesnes Park, Wigan has now been licensed to hold civil ceremonies. The two venues within the park are the Lodge and the Bandstand (only available May through to September weather permitting). The lodge can hold a maximum of 50 guests.

Wigan Council - News (8/6/15):
A full list of the 21 approved venues in the borough are included in a new ceremony brochure.
The new brochure is available to pick up now from Wigan Life Centre, Wigan Town Hall and Leigh Town Hall or you can contact the service on 01942 489003 or wiganregisteroffice@wigan.gov.uk.
