This came from my nan's house when she lived in Millgate. I only found out recently that Palatine was in Millgate. Does anyone have any history of the works?

I remember Palatines. It was on the right as you came under Scholes Railway bridge heading towards town. I remember vividly a pile of broken glass piled up at the back of the yard. It never appeared to move as it was there for years.
I'm sure there will be an aerial view showing it.

I remember all the broken glass piled high as well. It was all colours of glass, bottle green, brown, plain. I wondered what was done with it!
