Wigan Album

Back in 2014 I posted a pic of the dedication of the War Memorial in Lower Ince, suggesting that we might mark the centenary of the Great War by posting pics of all the WW1 Memorials in the Borough. No one took it up... so I'm hoping to stimulate interest in the idea in the centenary year of the ending of the fighting....
