Another soldiers bible, this is the inside back cover of a first world war bible.It was given to me by Mrs Ingram,who lodged in Land St, just after the second WW. As usual I regret not asking more about Bombardier Ingram when I had the chance.I would appreciate any knowledge about soldier Ingram or the camp where the bible was issued.

It looks like it says Heytesbury Camp which was called 'Knook Camp', an Artillery training base on Salisbury plain. It was occupied by Australian troops from 1916. Your Bombardier fits in nicely with it being an Artillery base. Good Luck.
