Mayor of Blackpool. Bill Rosteren Ciff Unsworth junior & Me. Looks like I forgot to pack the iron. But I did get chance to drive the vehicle back to depot at Wigan. This would be the first time I drove a PSV on British roads. I would have been 21 at the time. To drive back from Blackpool with so many experienced coach drivers on board was very daunting but a great unforgetable experience.

The Coach firm in Little Lane Titch, was Clark's Coaches.

Yes it was... Memory bit faded he seemed to now them all.Think they all helped each other out?
It was originally Sharrocks Coaches in little lane. Yes we did help one another out with parts etc. & inter-hiring. I think Clarks took the Garage facilities in little Lane over in the mid 70's. (1976 I think) The Coach business and been amalgamated With Eleanor House Motor Coach divsion in St.Helens before that.
