A photo of my father in laws 1960s company car (A Ford Anglia 105E?),back when he was working as a sales rep.
He was one of the innocent parties that was involved in an multiple vehicle RTA when he was run into from behind by a HGV somewhere between Wigan & Chorley? & pushed his car into oncoming traffic then sideways (& out of the way),with the HGV then carrying on careering into oncoming traffic.
From what my father in law told me the HGV then ran right over into oncoming traffic totally crushing a mini coming the other way.
My father in law was very lucky as he only got a small scratch over his eye,& was back at work the following day.
His company car was only a few weeks old too.
