Wigan Album

My grandad Richard Morris in the one in the centre of the second row between the two ladies, he is holding a large cup. He was Chief Superintendent of the Hindley Division. This photo was taken before 1945 but not sure when. Does anyone recognise the church in the background. Possibly St Benedicts Hindley. I have another similiar photo to this but with less people on and it is taken in the same place, on the left hand side Our Ladys Grotto is visible, so it must be an RC church. On this photo it is hidden behind the people on the last row.
