Wigan show in Mesnes park 1972. I have just found these shots and scanned them from some slides

I remember going to one these shows and hearing, what we thought, was a brass band playing at the back of one of the tents. We went round the back, nothing there, so we went inside and it was a Bang and Olafson sterio. I think it was Plumb's. Sounded fantastic at the time.
It looks like Cassinelli's van in the background serving icecream
