Ahhh! Pendleburys, I remember the store well. Used to be in Standish Gate, going up the hill on the left hand side after the crossroads by Mesnes Rd (?) Got burnt down & moved to a warehouse on the Grammar School side of the Market Sq? My Mother loved Pendleburys.
