Harry Penk played on the left-wing against the pre-Munich Busby Babes at Old Trafford on the 21st of April 1956. United's narrow victory of 1-0 might suggest that Harry and his Pompey team-mates had given the home side quite a game.

Is Doreen Garys mother who lived / lives in Douglas Bank Drive?
If so I know Gary very well. We went to school together. The name Harry Penk sticks in my mind as Gary used to mention him.
