They didn't play according to the team sheet.
This is just a guess - I think the year is around 1958/59. Alan Scott and Les Halliday are listed on the team sheet and they were playing for Wigan RUFC in the early 60's, when Les Halliday was the club Captain. The programme refers to Prospect, so the game was clearly before the move of the club to Douglas Valley.

look at the telephone number there,s no 4 in front, that might give a clue or are tickle,s printers still going
