Grandmother in centre front, lived at 5 Acton Street live till she was 102. She thought of Acton Street as the new houses because she had moved from Little London old houses round the corner.

Hi Peter, if you are interested I've "enhanced" this photo and taken "enhanced" portraits for most on the photo. I use a computer algorithm from the subscription site "My Heritage". It's not "perfect" but does work well on most subjects. I was born and brought up in Wigan, but have lived in the West Midlands for many years.
