A lovely car Keith, but he would never have got it over Becher's Brook.

I wonder how much that car would be worth today? probably quite a lot more than it was back then I suspect. Anyone know if it still exists?. Also, what's the motor to the left? looks a bit like Austin Healey.

Motofest Coventry
Saturday 2nd June 2018 to Sunday 3rd June 2018
Motofest is an annual event which has rapidly grown since its inception, and is expected to attract up to 150,000 people.

This year it takes place on Saturday 2nd June and Sunday 3rd June, and it is the largest free urban motorsport festival in the UK.

It includes motorsport demonstrations and static displays from a wide variety of disciplines, and provides a worthy celebration of the unique motorsport heritage of Coventry.

As a ‘first’ for the event in 2018, it will also feature time trial events drawn from the British Automobile Racing Club’s various championship series.

These will take place on the Coventry Ring Road – the first time competitive motorsport has been hosted on a UK city centre circuit since the 1990 Birmingham Superprix, which was part of the FIA Formula 3000 (now F2) series.
