This document has only very recently come into my possession. Being of an official nature, the document may go some way towards resolving the enigma regarding the actual whereabouts of De Trafford farm. I was already fully aware of the existence of De Trafford house and De Trafford cottage, close by De Trafford junction. I also am unable to give an explanation for the apparent anomaly regarding the naming of the farm.
