Mark , thank you for posting this picture, it's brings history to life.
Lovely photo but it looks like the main 'attraction' is the man in the middle who I suspect is the bride's father with the young looking bride and groom to the left of him - that would not happen today.

An excellent picture of Edwardian Wigan, the bloke in the middle of the front row looks like Kitchener from the famous WW1 recruitment posters, lol.
History to life indeed Thomas. That bridesmaid in the window must have felt left out.
What a lovely photograph Mark..I bet you're so proud that you've got it in your keeping.
Looks like a lady and a man looking through the window, not invited on the photograph.
What strikes me about the photograph is how very dignified all the guests are and how smart they all look in what appears their 'Sunday Best' clothes.
Is that ghostly apparition in the wind or an early example of a photo bomb?
