Looks like Eileen Taylor far right. Was it her retirement do. Definitely Wigan baths and I knew she worked there in the 1970's

I think the lady wearing glasses, standing to the left of the one holding the bouquet could be Mrs Ada Day, who was also an employee at the baths.
