According to Google, there seem to be a number of Orpheus Clubs in various places, including London and Glasgow.

why should it not be in this country ? the wording says orpheus, offenbach, he composed the music for orpheus, and shultz did the peanuts cartoon.

The wording behind the ladies head says Orphée aux enfers......Offenbach, which is Orpheus in the Underworld. So maybe France? Then again the name Schultz above could suggest elsewhere?
