Did your dad have a motorbike in his younger days? I remember my dad having a mate, Tommy Bishop. Does the name Eric Turner ring any bells with you? Sadly dad has passed away and so I can't ask him.

Hi Jean, Yes my dad was your dad's friend. They were mates for years and often went out on the bikes. My dad spoke of Eric often and always with great affection. My mum used to speak of your family too. Sadly mum passed away in 1996 and dad in 2008.
