I think this may be my Great Grandfathers William Ashworth Breakell and Thomas Hawkins, would love to know for certain and also what the garb is. Was taken in Ashton in Makerfield

The collars they are wearing do look like Oddfellows regalia, June.

I am pretty sure this type of regalia was worn by members of Temperence Society.

Sorry forgot to say it is the regalia of the Temperance Movement.
