Cracking picture, not only because of Moss Lane... but also because of the school across the road, I have not seen a photograph of the school on the internet before. I went there right from the infants up to juniors... and then it was to Moss Lane School (or Spring View Secondary Modern as it was called then)

Great picture. I lived at 68 Moss Lane and my gradparents, the Beesley's opposite at 72? I went to St Nathaniels and to Moss lane before moving to Hindley at the end of the 1950's
