Hopefully the NCB paid for your flight to photograph Parkside... while your real intent was to snap Central Park. ;-)
Must be the summer of 1995. The maisonettes between the two high rise are being prepared to be demolshed. Windows are missing from the first floor. The masisonettes are Withnall House, I lived there until they were pulled down.
