The photo was taken from the upstairs rear window of our house on Bolton road.
On the horizon you might just see a steam train going passed.on the right is the backs of fourth street on the left the rear of kintbury street.
On the right is the mains pit dirt rooks.
At night you could see the fire when the fire box was open on the trains it would look like a fire ball going across the horizon.

What a fantastic photo looking towards the train is the chapel Fields and then the Finney Fields, then the Mains Red Rocks tit does take you back

I think that the white head you can see in the photo could be mrs morris who lived in Fourth st
