Morton's the grocers also had a brewery on Pickup Street in Higher Ince. This bottle is in two parts - the main section was blown in a mould by hand, then the top of the neck was broken off from the blow-pipe with water, and then the pre-formed top was stuck on, being welded on by the heat.
