I can see the likeness to you Dougie.
This looks like the Miners' Convalescent Home at Blackpool, although I've noticed several of these convalescent homes had similar tiled flooring and decor. I have two similar group photos from my great granddad, who was a miner, and lived at Crawford Village, and later New Springs.
