I remember viewing a scene like this from Hindley and could easily see people walking to the top of Winter Hill.

I loved this scene from the street where I used to live, but it could only be seen in all its beauty when the leaves had disappeared from the trees strangely. I remember being awestruck 50 years ago when I first saw it....
