Stating the obvious but it is ideal for a Christmas card scene.

Does anyone in the standish area remember ann wilson who married alf milling,ann was a very good friend of my wife hilda lowe from school lane,we have not seen ann for many years now.if anyone can tell us if ann still lives in wigan.

I must admit, though, you did have me flummoxed at first (you know more about poetry than I do) and so I had to look into Mr Frost's list of Winter poems which, I hope, has now afforded me some 'cred'.
