The houses in St David's Crescent, Aspull can be seen on the right, and those on the left are Prospect Cottages, not far from St David's church. One rather eccentric resident in the area was a little old, bald, white bearded bespectacled man in his 80s who wore shorts and boots, and went on long walks. I haven't seen him for a few years. I spotted him about a decade ago just oustide Chorley probably walking home.
Does any older poeple from aspull remember a girl named irene caine from st elizabeths road aspull, she went to our ladies school, and she was fifteen years old in 1958.
