Wigan Album

Going through a box of old tourist guides of English towns,I came across this one from 1990. (28 years ago). Cannot remember where I collected it from but it was not in Wigan. Reading comments on WW & paying the odd visit to the town and surrounding area recently I have noticed how changed it has become since then.
