  Platt Bridge Girl Guide group no date but to me it appears to be 1930's-40's? Maybe someone will recognise someone and help to date the photograph

I would put it early-mid 1930s, Ron, just by the "look" of it, but that's just a guess.

Vicar with specs on is possibly Arthur Dean.

I think you're right, Roger, and his glasses would suggest the photo being around 1930 or not much later. Ron, you put some fascinating stuff on here....thankyou.

Yes I agree that's Vicar Dean, and the photo was most likely taken in the main hall at St. Nats Junior school, the screen at the back was on rollers and it used to take half of the class to move it , happy days, the headmaster was Harry Hurst from Victoria Rd platt Bridge. Great picture Ron.
