Wigan & St.Helens Car Club held a Autocross race in the field above the North side of the viaduct (under construction).Does any one remember these meetings? This is a Riley 1.5 on a rough patch.

I remember going to this event Barrie it was on the old section of Gathurst golf club that got cut off by the M6 motorway, that long shed on the photo was the golf club
