An expanded veiw of the Henhurst bridge and Deakins photo showing Ormandys houses bottom left. My dad and his parents lived there in the 1911 census. They were accessed by a swing bridge over the canal.
My father-in-law Ted Twigg was born there in 1908 and attended St.Thomas school. Ben Twigg was his father and Elizabeth (Nee Heyes) was his mother.

What can you tell me about the Ormandy's houses? My Cunliffe family lived there in 1871.
