There is one thing that's changed and that is lack of privacy in the form of cameras. More and more CCTV cameras everywhere you go and round every corner and in every shop, public building, pub, café, you name it even public toilets, watching and listening to everything you do and say. More intrusive big brother (with the excuse of crime prevention and terrorism) that nobody notices because their eyes are looking down all the time at their phones. Then there's the usual gestapo parking wardens and railway staff acting like they're Hitler. I wonder what it will be like in another 10 years?
