Looks quiet, but behind the line of farmers trucks the market would be alive and buzzing with folks, it was the local farmers that made Friday market days special, it always seemed the world and his dog was there catching up with news and buying fresh produce that the other market didn't have.

No plastic bags then Cyril. I remember the farmers with stalls next to their lorries.The fruit and veg went straight from the scales into your shopping bag.
