The lovely Mr Smith third from the left..in the 30's he and my Uncle hitch-hiked to London looking for work..don't think that would happen today.

Can anyone provide any names to these men, The mayor's name and year etc. The man on the left looks like my Bro-in-law jack Taylor, he was a member of the Subscription Club.
